Last minute instructions for Commencement Day

1.  Graduates and their families are invited to a pre-Commencement reception at noon in Moses courtyard for **light** refreshments.

3.  The doors will open at 1:10 pm for graduates and guests who requested special accommodations (wheelchair users, walkers, canes, etc.) ahead of time. Please be prompt, as the doors will open for general seating at 1:20 pm. Guests will need to provide their own wheelchairs, as Zellerbach does not have any that can be loaned.

4.  Graduates must arrive at Zellerbach hall by 1:15 PM to line up for the processional.  No food, beverages, confetti, or noisemakers will be permitted in Zellerbach. 

5.  Immediately upon arrival, graduates must stop by to see Nan at the information table upon arrival to complete a name pronunciation card.  If you do not complete a card, your name will not be read!

6.  Doors will open to the public at 1:20 PM.  PLEASE BE SURE TO REMIND YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS THAT IF THEY LOSE OR FORGET THEIR TICKET ON THE DAY OF COMMENCEMENT, THEY WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ENTER ZELLERBACH!!!!

8.  The ceremony will start promptly at 2:00 PM and will last till 4:00 or 4:30.  We must be out of Zellerbach by 5:00 PM.
