Advisor codes are now available

Please stop by and get them and by all means DON'T wait
until the day of your appointment!  

The registrar's office will be e-mailing all students early next week to notify you of the online availability of your Tele-Bears appointments.   Students who are taking courses on Cal campus must come to the IASTP office to retrieve their advisor codes; they are not available via phone or e-mail.

If you are away from campus this semester on EAP, Study Abroad, or UCDC and in need of an advisor code please do the following:

• write to us ias_advisor@berkeley.edu from your Berkeley email account
• in the Subject line put "Advisor Code Needed"  
• include the following information in your email to us:
  • full name  
  • student ID  
  • major  
  • permanent address  
  • which courses you plan to enroll in for Phase I  
  • which courses you plan to enroll in for Phase II  
  • which requirement each course fulfills  

Please note that during tele-Bears time, it can take several days to catch  up with e-mail due to extremely heavy student traffic so be patient.
